DEI Chair
Chloe Chin served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Chair for Chi Omega, where she played a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. She led annual recruitment training sessions focused on inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring that new member selection aligned with the organization’s commitment to diversity.
Beyond training, Chloe actively organized and hosted impactful events, including the Chi O x VSA Lunar New Year celebration, the First Gen Panel x Chi O, and the Pride Day Celebration in collaboration with Delt, O.N.E., and Pride, which attracted 60+ attendees.
To further cultivate cultural awareness and engagement within the chapter, Chloe initiated “Chi O Connections”, a program where the Executive Advisory Board invited sisters—or Chi O alumnae on their behalf—to present 1-3 slides on their culture, volunteer work, and important holidays during chapter meetings. Through these efforts, she strengthened community bonds and amplified underrepresented voices within the organization.
