Chloe served as a Digital Customer Experience Intern at Staples, where she contributed to enhancing the online shopping experience through web development, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations. She built 20+ interactive, user-friendly landing pages for the Staples website, improving customer engagement and navigation.

Chloe also implemented visual filters that optimized the shopping experience by 85% by introducing dynamic search result filters. This enhancement allowed customers to enjoy a smoother and more personalized online shopping journey.

During the busy back-to-school season, she conducted weekly competitor analyses, closely monitoring competing brands, identifying market trends, and providing valuable insights to the team. These competitive reports played a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions and ensuring that Staples remained responsive to evolving consumer needs.
At the conclusion of her internship, Chloe presented her experiences and contributions to the Staples HR leadership team, offering key recommendations to further improve the internship program for future participants.
